Florida Woman Shoplifts While Booty Shaking Down The Aisle
Pembroke Pines – Police in Pembroke Pines are trying to identify two women who investigators say are seen on a store’s security surveillance system stealing nearly $400 worth of merchandise from a clothing store. On the surveillance video one of the two women is seen walking down a checkerboard-colored aisle as she starts booty shaking and twerking. Twerking is a type of dance originating as part of the bounce music scene of New Orleans in the late 1980s. Dancers move by throwing or thrusting their hips back or shaking their buttocks, often in a low squatting stance. Twerking out in the open at a retail store is a little less common occurrence.
